Reset your password

Please follow these steps:
1) Enter your Parent Gateway username (include @patana.ac.th).
2) Click "Request OTP".
3) Check your personal email for the OTP (check junk folder if necessary).
4) Copy the OTP from your email, enter it in the "OTP" box, and click "Confirm OTP".
5) Create a new 8-digit PASSpin using numbers only (avoid 00000000 or 11111111).
6) Enter a new password (minimum 12 characters, including alphanumeric and special characters %$#{}[]).
7) Click "Confirm to RESET" to synchronize your credentials.
Note:
The PASSpin is crucial for identity verification and can be used to reset your password in future.
Keep it confidential and do not share it.
