Student laptops must be registered on our school network so that you can access our shared folders, your personal folder, connect to our Wi-Fi, obtain internet access, and print using the FUJIFILM-PHOTOCOPY devices. The school must abide by the Thai Computer Crimes Act (CCA), therefore your laptop must be registered with the school network and other IT infrastructure.   Please complete the form below before visiting IT department. Once you complete the booking, you will receive an email with a ticket number for reference. Please inform our HELPDESK agent of your ticket number when you visit the IT department. At that point you will be given a 'receipt' for your laptop with estimated time for your collection. Laptop configuration will not take more than one working day. Do not leave any valuables in your laptop bag. Bring your laptop with bag, charging adapter and other accessories together at the appointment time.
*For new students, if you don't know your Patana username and password, you may leave these blank and we will use your first and last name to identify your Patana username and password.
If you select [No], please indicate the name of your anti-virus software in the special instructions box below. It must be one of the recognised anti-virus programs as listed in our FAQ page, not a TRIAL version.
If you select [Yes], you would like to upgrade your Microsoft Office software to Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise. If you do not have a Microsoft 365 license, the school will install the software automatically as part of the laptop registration process.
